Win Properties, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Irwin Kallman and Jonathan B. Kallman to manage and enlarge the real estate holdings of the Kallman family. It is a 70+ year old privately-owned enterprise that invests, develops, leases, and manages its portfolio of primarily retail properties in 29 states plus Canada totaling approximately 1,900,000 square feet. 

The properties are either downtown main street, freestanding, or community strip shopping centers that include national, regional, and local tenants. In addition, The Kallman family owns rental apartment buildings in New York City.  Win Properties is based in Rye Brook, NY.
