Long Tran

Long Tran is a seasoned QA Program Manager at WIN Reality since August 2025, with extensive experience in software quality assurance spanning over 19 years. Previously, Long held the role of Director of Software Quality Assurance & Release Planning at Blast Motion, Inc. from February 2014 to July 2025, where responsibilities included overseeing QA strategy and leading end-to-end testing for various platforms. Long has successfully managed high-performing QA teams, defined testing processes for multiple products, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables. Prior roles include positions at companies such as GreatCall, Tactel US Inc., and Qualcomm, progressively developing expertise in testing methodologies, team management, and agile practices. Long earned a degree from San Diego State University from 1999 to 2004.
