Jacob S.

Jacob S. has worked in the cyber security field since 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Project Manager for WISEdash Local and as an Associate Software Engineer for TriTech Software Systems. In 2017, Jacob S. began working at Luther College as a Programmer and Information Security Analyst. Jacob then moved to Brakebush Brothers, Inc. in 2018 as a Security Analyst. In 2020, Jacob S. began working at Oshkosh Corporation as an IT Security Engineer Principal. In 2021, Jacob S. began working at Huntington National Bank as a Cyber Security Analyst and at WIN Technology as a Cyber Security Engineer. In 2022, they began working at Thinkful as a Cyber Security Mentor. Finally, in 2023, Jacob S. began working at ThriveDX as a Cyber Security Lead Extended Instructor.

Jacob S. attended Westfield Area High School from 2007 to 2011, and then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Cedarville University from 2011 to 2015. Jacob has also obtained several certifications, including "Delegating Tasks" and "Make the Move from Individual Contributor to Manager" from LinkedIn in May 2021, "New Manager Foundations" from LinkedIn in May 2021, "Cybersecurity Foundations (2015)" from LinkedIn in February 2020, and "Security+" from CompTIA in October 2017.
