James Farstad

James Farstad has worked in various roles since 1984. James began their career as the President of EPIC USA, Inc., where they built the professional services firm from a two-person practice to a team of 80 consultants. James then moved on to become a Partner and Board Member at Larson Allen, LLP from 1996-2000. In 2007, they served as the Community Consultant for the John S. and James L. Knight Foundation and the Chair of the Capital Campaign Committee and Board Chair at Intermedia Arts. From 2012-2019, they were the Executive Director and Chief Technology Advisor at the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority. In 2022, they became the Director of Business Development at WIN Technology. Currently, they are a Board Member at Norway House.

James Farstad attended North Dakota State University from 1974 to 1975, where they studied Journalism. James then attended the University of Iowa from 1975 to 1978, also studying Journalism.
