Robert Agnew has held a variety of roles in their career. Robert began their professional career in 1992 as an Operations Specialist (OS) for the US Navy. In 2002, they became the Manager of Product Development and Manager of Voice Products at Iowa Network Services, as well as the Association President of the Johnston Fire Department. In 2015, they moved to Carrier Access, Inc. and assumed the role of Lead Professional Services Manager. In 2018, they transitioned to Carrier Access IT and became the Service Delivery Manager/Operations Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they began working as the Customer Success Manager/Sales Engineer for WIN Technology.

Robert Agnew received their AA from Des Moines Area Community College between 1997 and 1999. Robert then attended Drake University from 1999 to 2001, studying Computer Science. Finally, they earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Management from Walden University between 2012 and 2014.
