Tom Phelps

Tom Phelps has a robust background in engineering and network management, with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Tom served as a Senior Engineer at Bell Atlantic CTS and later transitioned to roles such as Senior Support Engineer at Bell Atlantic Business System Services and Network Manager at Industrial Electric Wire and Cable, Inc. Tom’s leadership skills were further demonstrated during tenure as President of Network Consulting Services, Inc. and Vice President of Technology at The Office Technology Group. Currently, Tom is focused on infrastructure design and upgrades as a Senior Data Engineer at WIN Technology, and also holds a position as Senior Network Data Engineer at Digicorp. Tom's educational background includes a Master's program in Computer Science from the Milwaukee School of Engineering, an Associate's Degree in Electronic Technology from Waukesha County Technical College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Physics with a focus on Computer Science from Carroll College.
