C. Field

C. Field is an accomplished entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As the Founder and CEO of Win Win Advisors since 2013, C. Field has focused on talent, technology, and training strategies. Additionally, C. Field serves as Managing Partner at AppSmart since 2018 and held the position of Chief Revenue Officer at Field Staffing Solutions Inc. until April 2022. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President and General Manager at Windstream from 1998 to 2013. C. Field holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Rhode Island.
