Frederick Chen

Frederick Chen is a seasoned Sr. Technology Manager at Winbond with a focus on advanced technology development and non-volatile memory product development, overseeing critical analyses of emerging technologies and collaborations. With a robust background in experiment planning and advanced memory technologies, Frederick has contributed to sub-20nm product analysis and the development of innovative memory solutions including 3D memories and ReRAM, supporting applications in AI, IoT, and edge computing. Prior experience includes serving as Project Manager at the Industrial Technology Research Institute, where Frederick led advancements in PCM/RRAM, and as a Sr. Process Engineer at Intel Corporation, enhancing lithographic techniques.
