Barbara Sharp MCIPD

Barbara Sharp MCIPD is a retired HR Manager with extensive experience in various interim HR roles across multiple organizations. From 2013 to 2014, they served as an Interim HR Manager at Wincanton Logistics, overseeing a major depot closure and start-up contracts, while their earlier roles included significant positions at The Woolwich and HBOS, where they managed human resources for numerous branches during periods of rapid change. Throughout their career, they provided strategic HR support and developed employee relations initiatives at companies like ENABLE Scotland and ACCESS. Currently, they are pursuing a Graduate CIPD degree at Glasgow Caledonian University and a Higher Diploma in Management Studies at Glasgow College of Food Technology.
