Craig Kitchen is an experienced operations and change management professional with a diverse background in logistics, laboratory management, and supply chain transformation. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Wincanton, Craig is leading the transition of customer logistics operations to a 4PL solution. Previously, Craig managed a laboratory team at the University of Glasgow, ensuring compliance with ISO 15189 standards, and led large teams at Amazon UK, overseeing outbound operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
