Daniel Way is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and operations management. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager for Wincanton since January 2022, Daniel has also held various roles within the company including HR and Recruitment and Recruiter. Prior to this, Daniel worked as a Work Placement Officer at LifeSkills - Learn a Living from August 2020 to January 2022, and as a Recruitment Consultant at Adept Resourcing Engineering for a brief period in early 2020.
