Mike Brooks has over two decades of experience in various professional roles, currently serving as an SAP Systems Operator at Wincanton since July 2018. In this position, Mike is responsible for managing night operations on the SAP system, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining stock levels to ensure efficient machinery operation. Prior to this, Mike spent several years in recruitment as a Consultant at Element Search and held multiple sales roles, including Telesales Account Manager and Senior Sales Consultant at Parasol Ltd, where relationship management was key. Mike began the career as an Account Manager at CPM International, managing high-profile client accounts in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors. Educational background includes attendance at Brockenhurst College and Broomfield School.
