Paul Bailey

Paul Bailey is an experienced fleet engineer currently employed at Wincanton since February 2018. Prior to this role, Paul held various positions at Stagecoach Bus, including engineering manager and workshop manager, from April 2016 to January 2018. Paul also worked at Wm Morrisons Supermarket from March 2012 to April 2016, where responsibilities included VMU operations manager and HGV operations manager, as well as performing duties as an HGV mechanic. Additional experience includes working as an HGV mechanic at Northwest Truck from February 2011 to February 2012 and as a heavy equipment mechanic at TXM Recruit from July 2010 to January 2011. Paul’s career began at Hepworth Minerals & Chemicals as an apprentice mechanic in April 1987, later advancing to HGV mechanic, before spending over a decade at Tesco in various mechanic roles until December 2008.
