Rick Overfield

Rick Overfield is currently the Group Head of Operational Compliance at Wincanton, a position held since April 2020, overseeing health, safety, and compliance within the Public and Industrial sector, which encompasses key areas such as Defence, Air, Land and Sea, Infrastructure, and HMRC. Prior to this role, Rick served as a Supply Chain Quality Manager at Bombardier Transportation from March 2003 to November 2005 and worked as an Engineering Manager at Balfour Beatty from February 2001 to June 2003. Rick holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) (Hons) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Birmingham City University and a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Dudley College of Technology.
