Stephen Bethell

Stephen Bethell currently serves as a Network Lean Practitioner at Wincanton, a position held since March 2023, and previously worked as the Stock & Systems Operations Manager for Wincanton for Screwfix from 2004 until April 2024. In that role, Stephen was accountable for system optimization, process improvements, data maintenance, and stock accuracy, while leading a team of 6 managers and 50 full-time equivalents. Prior to his tenure at Wincanton, Stephen held positions as a Buyer at Fanning Polyform and Worthington Manufacturing Ltd, as well as a Supply Chain Planner at Hays Logistics, working on a GNFR contract for Sainsbury, and held various buyer roles at Masons of Leek Ltd in garment manufacturing. Stephen's educational background includes a C.I.P.s degree in Supply Chain Logistics from Stoke on Trent College, following attendance at Leek High School from 1984 to 1990.
