Anh Phan

Anh Phan currently serves as the Vice President of Engineered Cables at Winchester Interconnect since March 2025 and is also a Principal Consultant at Thinkverse LLC, providing advisory insights for growth initiatives in the Aerospace and Defense market. Previously, Anh Phan held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Sales & Marketing at AEM, Inc., where revenue growth strategies were implemented for Aerospace and Defense sectors, and General Manager of Interconnect Solutions at ITT Cannon, managing a $350M revenue business. Additional experience includes roles at Electronic Components Industry Association as Vice President on the Foundation Board, Director of Business Development at IBM, and Senior Director of Product Marketing at Hitachi GST. Anh Phan holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University, an MBA in International Business Management from St. Edward's University, and completed the Executive Leadership Institute at The University of Texas at Austin.
