Benjamin Waters

Benjamin Waters, ME, MBA, is a Design Engineer at Winchester Interconnect since June 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Materials Manager and Operations Manager at Extant Aerospace, where Benjamin strategically optimized manufacturing processes and implemented lean methodologies to enhance operational efficiency. As a Business Analyst, Benjamin managed equipment manufacturing in the aerospace sector while addressing production challenges and improving supply chain productivity. Benjamin holds a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from UF Herbert Wertheim College of Engineering and an MBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, both completed in 2023. Additionally, Benjamin served as a Remote Researcher at BallotReady and as a Nuclear Machinist Mate in the US Navy, where training included reactor refueling for the USS West Virginia. Benjamin completed a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering Technology from Excelsior University.
