Todd Masternak

Todd Masternak, an executive leader with over 27 years of experience, currently serves as the Associate Director of Military Programs at Winchester Ammunition. Previously, Masternak held various leadership roles including Director at the Defense Contract Management Agency, where they managed defense contracts valued at over $70 billion. Masternak also served as Product Manager for Small Caliber Ammunition in the US Army, overseeing the delivery of nearly 1 billion rounds of ammunition annually. They earned a Master's Degree in Strategic Studies from The United States Army War College and hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from The Ohio State University, along with a Master's in Systems Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology.
