Gene Harned

Gene Harned has a diverse work experience in the manufacturing industry. Gene is currently working as an Operations Manager at WinCup since September 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Plant Manager at Montebello Packaging from June 2019 to August 2021. Gene also worked as a Production/Operations employee at Berry Global, Inc. from October 2016 to May 2019. Before that, they were a Plant Manager at Custom Blow Molding from July 2014 to August 2016, where they successfully oversaw the startup and operation of a new blow molding plant. Gene Harned's extensive career began at Graham Packaging in October 1988, where they held various roles including Production Manager and Operations Manager. In this role, they managed a large plastic blow molding operation and supervised a team of six and over 100 associates. Gene was responsible for labor management, safety, and associate development.

Gene Harned received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Aurora University in the years 2000 to 2002.
