Kara DiSanto began their work experience as an Office Manager at Tony's Finer Foods/Fresh Market in December 2012 and held the role until March 2021. In March 2021, they transitioned to a Payroll Specialist position at Lauterbach & Amen, LLP until November 2021, where they then took on the role of a Human Resources Generalist until June 2022. Currently, they are employed by WinCup, starting in June 2022 as a Human Resources Manager.
Kara DiSanto completed their Associate of Arts degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Joliet Junior College in 2019. Kara then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration at Lewis University, expected to be completed in 2021.
