Brian Phelps

Brian Phelps is an experienced professional services leader with a strong background in business development and strategic growth. Currently serving as Senior Director of Professional Services EMEA at Wind River since June 2018, responsibilities include overseeing customer relations, project execution, and overall business strategy for the region. Prior to this role, Brian held the position of Director of Professional Services EMEA at Thales e-Security, where leadership focused on transforming a regional team into a global Customer Success entity following the acquisition of Vormetric. Previously, Brian led the Professional Services division at nCipher Plc., significantly increasing professional services sales and building a worldwide organization. Brian's career also includes roles at Altien, Ltd., where executive leadership was provided to a growing startup, and at Starsoft Development Labs, where a US presence was established for offshore software services. Brian holds a BS in Economics with a minor in Computer Science from Florida State University.
