Greg Simpson

Greg Simpson is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in the embedded systems domain. Currently serving as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at Wind River Systems since February 2008, Greg focuses on designing and implementing hypervisor and multi-core embedded operating systems for various architectures, including x86, ARM, and PPC. Prior to this role, Greg worked at Texas Instruments from June 2002 to July 2007, where responsibilities included designing and writing UMTS modem code and system code for ARM and PPC platforms. Greg's career began at Envoy Networks, a startup acquired by Texas Instruments, followed by a position at Level 3 Communications developing real-time traffic route management software.
