Jason Shen

Jason Shen is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in managing and leading teams in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager of Engineering at Wind River since April 2015, Jason has previously held significant roles at Alcatel-Lucent, where responsibilities included building an Agile team, leading a large test team for UMTS Regression Testing, and supporting System Test operations. Prior experience at Nortel Networks includes leading automation regression test efforts and contributions to EMS and NMS development, earning the “Custom Delight” of Nortel Dragon Award in 2004. Jason holds a Master's degree in Computer Application and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Telecommunication from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
