Jerry Wen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer success and technical project management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at 风河 since July 2023, Jerry focuses on adoption services for key customers in the APAC region. Prior to this role, Jerry held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager at Teradata, where responsibilities included forming strategic relationships with stakeholders and executing success plans.
