Ray Petty

Ray Petty is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the aerospace and defense sectors. Currently serving in Partnerships & New Business at GlobalFoundries since July 2023, Petty has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Global Aerospace & Defense at Wind River and Vice President & COO at Mercury Federal Systems, Inc. Additional experience includes directorial positions at BAE Systems and a successful tenure as President & CEO at both Fulcra Worldwide and Gallium Visual Systems. Petty's educational background includes an MBA from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary, an executive marketing program at UCLA, and completion of the Senior Program Management Course at the Defense Systems Management College.
