Yan Yang

Yan (Sunny) Yang is an experienced sales leader with a strong background in the technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of China Sales at Wind River since July 2025. Previously, Yang held several key positions at MongoDB, including Regional Vice President and Regional Director for China, where significant team expansions and business growth initiatives were implemented. Earlier career highlights include serving as Sales Director at Splunk, achieving rapid success as the first Enterprise Account Executive in China, and leading sales initiatives at IBM, BMC Software, and Business Objects, focusing on major financial services accounts. A graduate of Fudan University with a degree in Chemistry, Yang began a career in IT sales at Pansky Technology Group, progressing rapidly to a leadership role.
