Elvy Durán

Elvy Durán is an experienced Director of Network Operations at Wind Telecom S.A., where they have worked since 2008, overseeing the operation of IP/MPLS networks, Wimax, and various business client platforms. Previously, Elvy managed the Network Operation Center at Claro RD and led support engineering teams at CODETEL, Verizon Dominicana. A strong information technology professional, Elvy graduated from the Instituto Tecnológico de Buenos Aires with a specialization in Telecommunications Management.
