As Product Manager for CVM Business, responsibilities include defining and developing value increment programs for the SME and Micro business customer base, and overseeing churn prevention strategies. Previous roles involved integrated marketing communications to ensure brand visibility across consumer markets and detailed execution of Below The Line materials, display campaigns, and community marketing initiatives. Prior to Wind Tre, Emanuela worked in brand management and advertising at Wind. Emanuela also holds multiple qualifications as a sommelier from distinguished organizations since 2000.
