Following roles at Gruppo Green Network and Enel, Luca currently serves as the Head of Energy Regulation at Wind Tre since 2025. In addition to this position, Luca has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Energy Section of Unindustria Roma - Frosinone - Latina - Rieti - Viterbo from 2020 to 2024.
