Marina Capuzzello has extensive experience in customer process analysis and project management, currently serving as a Customer Process Analyst at Wind Tre since January 2017, with additional roles as Scrum Master for Smartphone Offers, Project Manager for B2C Product Development in Mobile Offers, and Program Manager for Merger Integration.
