Sergio Gonella has a diverse work experience spanning multiple sectors and roles. Sergio began their career at Arthur D. Little as a Business Analyst and later became a Manager, working on strategy and implementation projects in various industries. Sergio then joined Accenture as a Senior Manager, managing strategic services projects. Sergio moved on to A.T. Kearney, where they held the role of Principal. After that, they joined H3G, a mobile telco start-up owned by CK Hutchison, where they served as the Internal Audit Director and later took on the role of Organisation, Compensation, Learning, Development, Recruiting & Internal Comms Director. Sergio also played a key role in the H3G-Wind merger planning. Most recently, they have been working at Wind Tre as the Culture, Development, Inclusion & Talent Acquisition Director, leading post-merger culture transformation and people engagement initiatives. Overall, Sergio Gonella has demonstrated expertise and leadership in culture development, change management, learning and development, recruiting, and employer branding throughout their career.

Sergio Gonella obtained an Honours Degree in Economics & Business Administration from Università Bocconi, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Later, in 1993 and 1994, they pursued an MBA in Business Administration from INSEAD. In 2019, Gonella obtained a Master in Corporate Coaching from Coach U, Inc.
