Davy Ragland is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various roles. At WindBorne Systems, Davy served as Atlas Software Lead and Flight Software Engineer from July 2023 to March 2024. Prior to this, Davy was a Machine Learning Engineer at Bloomberg LP from August 2019 to June 2023, where Davy architected and implemented a real-time BERT-based lead scoring system and developed a secure COVID-19 critical PII interface. Davy also worked as a Production Diagnostics Software Engineer at Microsoft, contributing to the Visual Studio IDE's debugging feature, and as a Mission Systems Software Engineer at Northrop Grumman, focusing on electronic warfare systems for military aircraft.
