Joe Yu

Joe Yu has extensive experience in merchant services, currently serving as Team Lead at Windcave since January 2017, where responsibilities include managing the on-boarding process and leading a team in training and assistance. Previous roles at Windcave include Senior Merchant Services Analyst, where project management and workload distribution were key responsibilities, as well as Merchant Services Analyst and Senior Provisioning Specialist, with a focus on risk analysis and staff development. Earlier positions include office support and administration at MING ZOOM GROUP LIMITED and technical support at Sitel. Joe Yu holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance from The University of Auckland, completed in 2013, and graduated from Hamilton Hillcrest High School in 2009.
