Susmitha Srinath has extensive experience in risk monitoring and merchant services, currently serving as the 2IC in Risk Monitoring at Windcave since October 2018. Prior roles at Windcave included Senior Merchant Services Analyst and Merchant Services Analyst. Susmitha began their career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Lead at Anzy Careers, where responsibilities included team leadership, talent development, and employer branding strategies. Additional experience encompasses client and account management in business development, along with various recruitment roles. Susmitha holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from RV Institute of Management, an MBA with a focus on HR and Marketing, and a Bachelor of Business Management in Human Resources from NMKRV College for Women. Additional educational qualifications include a Diploma in Airline Travel and Tourism and SSLC certification.
