Bas Venneman currently serves as a Lecturer at Windesheim since August 2020. Prior to this role, Venneman worked as a Lean Process Engineer at Koninklijke Auping from January 2018 to July 2020 and as a Quality Systems Engineer at Benchmark Electronics, Inc. from September 2014 to January 2018, where responsibilities included advising on quality policy and coordinating the development of quality systems. Venneman's earlier experience includes roles as an Operational Planner and Quality Engineer, a Business Excellence Engineer at Abbott Biologicals, and various internships and academic projects during studies. Venneman holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde from Windesheim and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Management, Cultuur en Verandering at NCOI Opleidingen.
