Danny Wilms

Danny Wilms is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resource management and organizational development. As the owner of Wilms Arbeidsinspiratie since January 2010, Danny focuses on enhancing workplace enjoyment, believing it benefits both employees and employers. In May 2013, Danny co-founded Workbooster, a nationwide network of independent advisors aimed at creating healthy and performance-oriented work environments. Danny has also served as a part-time lecturer in Human Resource Management at Windesheim since August 2017 and has taught organizational consultancy and management skills at Hogeschool Tio. Previous roles include programmamanager at KVGO, manager at the Nederlands Instituut van Psychologen, project manager at Gezond Transport, and various positions at UWV. Danny holds a degree in Arbeids- en Organisatiepsychologie from Open Universiteit and has further education from De Haagse Hogeschool.
