Mark Kroes

Mark Kroes is an experienced manager and consultant in the field of continuous improvement and Lean methodologies, currently serving as the Manager Support Center Continu Verbeteren at Vitens since January 2011. With a strong background in Lean Six Sigma, Mark has trained over 120 ICT employees in Lean principles and has held positions such as Lean Coach and Business Process Expert. Mark has also contributed to academia as a guest lecturer at Windesheim, focusing on Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement. Throughout a diverse career, Mark has engaged with various organizations, including roles as an Information Analyst and Project Manager in different sectors, underscoring expertise in streamlining processes and ensuring quality within business operations. Additionally, Mark has served as a former chair of the Young Vitens Board and led initiatives within the VNSG, supporting users of SAP software across the Netherlands and Flanders. Mark's educational background includes multiple certifications in Lean Six Sigma and a degree in Computer Science and Organizational Studies from Windesheim.
