Paul Ginus

Paul Ginus has extensive experience in human resource management, currently serving as a Hogeschooldocent HRM at Hogeschool Windesheim since September 2002. This role transitioned from part-time to full-time in 2003, and Paul also functions as a coach for higher management and a supervisor in social work. As a trainer for P-Direkt and guest lecturer, Paul has led numerous HR skills training sessions internationally. Prior to this, Paul held significant positions including Head of P & O at the National Internal Occupational Health Service of Defense and P & O Advisor at the Royal Netherlands Army, providing strategic HR counsel to management. Early career roles include personnel officer and operational personnel work at various hospitals and the Rijkswerf. Paul holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in Management Sciences with a focus on Strategic HRM from the Open University and several HR-related qualifications from Windesheim and other institutions.
