Roland Ritmeester is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, business development, and education. Currently serving as a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship & Retail Management at Windesheim since August 2021, Roland also operates as the owner of XLVR Consultancy bv, providing business development and innovation consulting since 2012. Further roles include being the HAPIK master franchisee for the Netherlands and an initiator of WikiMinds, a non-profit organization focused on sustainability issues.
