Matthew Silverman

Matthew Silverman is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage consulting and restaurant management. As a Managing Partner at JRS Hospitality and Big Chicken since 2015 and 2018 respectively, Matthew oversees operations and strategic initiatives. In 2010, Matthew founded LVFSA, a consulting firm dedicated to enhancing restaurant and hotel operations for both established and start-up businesses. Additionally, Matthew serves as the Cookbook Author for Shaq's Family Style, a project that features 80 comfort food recipes inspired by Shaquille O’Neal’s culinary passion. Previous roles include Corporate Executive Chef at Vintner Grill from 2004 to 2014 and Executive Chef at Wolfgang Puck from 1997 to 2004.
