Heer Shaikh

Heer Shaikh is a Customer Success Manager at Windfall since October 2025, with previous experience as a Customer Success & Product Manager at A Moment of You and Customer Success Manager at ParentPowered Public Benefit Corporation, where notable achievements include scaling enrollment by over 500,000 students. Heer has also held positions at Harvard University, including an Instructional Development Intern and a Science-based Innovation - Human-Centered Design Fellow, contributing to projects focused on innovative solutions for children facing adversity.
