Simon Balukonis has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked as an intern at Kalorama Partners LLC, a strategic consulting and legal services firm. In 2018, they were a Hanna Holborn Gray Research Fellow at Bryn Mawr College, conducting qualitative and archival research on urban development patterns. From 2015 to 2019, Simon worked at Haverford College as an Audio-Visual Technician and Live Sound Engineer, where they supported a range of events and led a concert series. In 2019, they held multiple roles, including Market Analyst at Historic Equity, Inc. and GIS Contractor as a self-employed individual. From 2019 to 2021, Simon worked as a Prospect Research Analyst at Villanova University, evaluating gift capacity and developing prospect segmentation models. Simon then joined Rutgers University Foundation as a Prospect Research Analyst, leading proactive research and working on project management standards. In 2022, Simon served as Interim Director of Operations at Integrated Reality Labs (IRL), where they worked on an AR/mobile gaming platform and conducted interviews with target demographics. Currently, they are working as a Data Research Analyst at Windfall, setting quality assurance standards and identifying areas for improvement in core data products.
