Bibi Asatiani is a founder of Windfor's Communication and of the Ad Black Sea International Festival of Creativity. They are skilled in digital strategy, graphics, logo design, integrated marketing, and advertising. Their career includes motion graphic design at Ayety (1998–2000) and Channel 9 (2000–2003), and an Art Director role at Georgian Public Broadcaster (2003–2005). They held an Associate of Arts in Art Criticism from the Academy of Art (1995–1999).
