Michael Chadd

Michael Chadd, MBA, possesses extensive experience in engineering, project management, and sales within the aerospace, military, and agricultural sectors. Michael began a career at Thales Avionics as a Program Manager, providing support for aircraft certification processes. Subsequently, Michael served as a Sales Manager at Electromech Technologies, focusing on profit and loss responsibilities in the aviation industry. After roles at Case New Holland and BOMBARDIER, which included managing complex aircraft projects and cross-functional teams, Michael transitioned to Raytheon Missiles & Defense as a Principal Specialist in Project Management for a significant multimillion-dollar contract. Recently, Michael held positions as Sales Manager and Business Development Manager at Windings, Inc. with a strong educational foundation, including an MBA from Baker University and a BS in Business Management from Friends University.
