Lauren Walls

Lauren Walls has a diverse work experience in various industries. Lauren started their career as a Junior Law Clerk at MCKENZIE LAKE LAWYERS LLP in 2006, where they assisted the Real Estate Team and handled monthly billing and property searches. In 2007, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Century 21, responsible for all marketing tasks for around 150 agents. In 2008, Lauren joined Windley Ely as a Team Lead, managing workers' compensation claims for national clients. Lauren later took on the role of Account Manager, supporting the Director of Operations and managing national client accounts. Currently, Lauren is the Associate Director of Operations at Windley Ely, where they lead their team and supports the company's overall management and direction.

Lauren Walls has a high school diploma from GDHS, obtained in 1996. In 2001, they attended Fanshawe College and obtained a degree in Law Clerk, graduating in 2003. Recently, in 2021, Lauren attended The Ivey Academy at Ivey Business School for a short-term program. Lauren also has additional certifications, including the Ivey Leadership Program from The Ivey Academy - Executive Education - Ivey Business School and the Communication and Leadership Presence Program from Ivey Business School at Western University.
