Sarah Ryckman

Sarah Ryckman, MHRM, CHRL, is an HR Manager at Windley Ely, where they utilize extensive experience in human resources to manage the employee life cycle and enhance talent acquisition. Previously, they held positions in various roles, including HR Generalist and Human Resources and Office Administrator, where they oversaw recruitment, onboarding, and health and safety initiatives. Ryckman earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Guelph and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from York University. They also served as Programs Chair for the HRPA London & District Chapter, demonstrating a commitment to professional development in the field.
