Lance Wright

Lance Wright is the Managing Director and Chief Production Officer at WindMass Capital, where they oversee various debt and equity investments. With 30 years of experience in commercial real estate, Lance has originating, structuring, and closing over $10 billion in investments, demonstrating expertise in bridge lending, construction debt, and mezzanine financing. They have held leadership positions at several firms, including Greystone, ACORE Capital, and GE Real Estate. Lance earned a BBA in Finance from Southern Methodist University and an MBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington, and has been actively involved in the real estate finance industry since graduating in 1990.
