Simon Griffiths

Simon Griffiths has extensive experience in the health food trade, having held various sales and account management roles, including Senior Account Manager at Windmill Organics Ltd since 2023 and Senior National Account Manager at Ecotone UK from 2022 to 2023. Previously, they contributed to the growth of Meridian Foods from 2012 to 2022, where they established a nationwide field sales team and managed the independent health trade across the UK and Ireland. They also served as RSM at WTBS for a brief period in 2011-2012 and worked as KAM at Global Brands Limited from 2009 to 2011. Simon is currently pursuing a Business degree at Bournemouth University.
