Domonique Sims

Domonique Sims has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2014 as a Bookseller at Barnes & Noble, Inc. In 2016, they joined Helix Sleep as a CX Specialist, and was promoted to Senior CX Specialist and CX Team Lead. In 2018, they co-founded The Lieu and served as COO. In 2020, they moved to Capsule as a Logistics, and in 2021 they joined Windmill as Manager of Operations & CX, and was later promoted to Director of Operations & CX.

Domonique Sims attended the University of Michigan from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.).
