Lydia Welty

Lydia Welty is the Vice President of Sales & Partnerships at Windmill. Previously, they participated in 3M's Frontline Sales Program and held various roles in sales, marketing, and coaching, including a position as a PRO Sales Specialist at 3M. Lydia was a competitive swimmer and served as a Student-Athlete at Indiana University, where they majored in Marketing & Professional Sales in the Kelley School of Business. They co-founded Woav, a mobile application aimed at connecting DTC apparel brands with consumers. Lydia's career reflects a strong commitment to empathy and understanding in business.
